Our mission is to maintain a well-managed, attractive neighborhood that protects property values and fosters a strong sense of community.

We are committed to open communication and resident engagement. Through our website’s secure members-only section, residents can access essential documents, stay informed about HOA updates, and participate in discussions that help shape the future of our community.

Our Community & The History of Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club

Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club, located in Ormond Beach, Florida, sits on land that once housed the short-lived Marco Polo Park, a 1970s theme park themed around global cultures. After the park’s closure, the area was transformed in the late 1980s into a master-planned residential community.

Over the years, Plantation Bay has grown into one of the region’s premier gated communities, spanning over 3,600 acres. With diverse home options—including custom estates, single-family homes, and townhomes—Plantation Bay continues to attract residents seeking both active living and serene surroundings.

As one of its notable neighborhoods, Arbor Lake, began construction in 2012 and features a total of 84 units. This includes 19 quad townhomes and 3 duplex townhomes, offering a mix of single-story 2-bedroom, 2-bath homes and two-story 3-bedroom, 3-bath homes. The Arbor Lake neighborhood is especially popular for its low-maintenance lifestyle and well-designed floor plans, making it a desirable option for both full-time residents and seasonal homeowners.
